Forms Overview
Use Forms to create and maintain the forms used in the tenant workspace.
From this area, you can:
- create, edit, copy, enable, disable, and delete forms
- configure form fields
- configure page layouts
- configure form action buttons
- configure print templates
- organize forms into sidebar groups
What A Form Includes
Each form includes a base schema and related design surfaces.
The base schema defines:
- form name
- API name
- icon
- description
- enabled status
Related design surfaces define:
- fields shown in the form
- page layouts for list, view, create, edit, and related pages
- action buttons
- print templates
How To Work With This Area
Start with the form list, select one form, and then open the design page you need.
The common sequence is:
- Create or copy a form
- Design the fields
- Design the layout
- Configure buttons and print templates when needed
- Enable the form after the required configuration is ready
