Check Tenant Runtime Status

Run soln status --dir /opt/soln-tenant-runtime on the tenant host and review the Runtime registration on the Control Plane Tenants page.

A healthy deployment reports the intended signed Release, no pending lifecycle operation, ready Runtime health, current heartbeat, and running Runtime Service, Runtime Web, Workflow Worker, and reverse proxy. The heartbeat's Runtime API, configuration schema, database schema, release version, and Origin must exactly match the authorized registration.

Check status after installation, configuration changes, host restart, Agent secret rotation, upgrade, rollback, or Control Plane recovery. If it does not update, run soln doctor, inspect tenant-local service logs, verify host time and outbound HTTPS, and confirm the 24-hour Lease has not expired.
