Reminder
Reminder collects the workspace notifications that belong to the reminder topic, so members can read them in one place instead of hunting through messages.
Open the Reminder app from the workspace navigation. The unread count on its icon shows how many reminders are still unread.
What Arrives Here
| Source | Content |
|---|---|
| Data cleanup results | Restore, delete, and hard-delete results, showing the form, the succeeded count, and the failed count |
| Integration flows and message nodes | Any inbox message posted with the topic remind.notification |
| Other workspace notifications | Messages are routed by topic, so notifications of other apps appear in those apps |
Read And Manage Reminders
- Open Reminder. Unread items that load on the page are marked as read automatically, and the unread count drops accordingly
- Search for a message, or narrow the list with the date range filter, to find a reminder that may already be read
- Open a reminder to read its detail: the fields of the reminder content, its read state, and its creation time. Reminders that carry a file can be downloaded from the item
- Use the action button of an item to open the related record or form; opening it also marks that reminder as read
- Use the message actions to mark an item read or to delete it. Deletion cannot be undone
Verify That Reminders Arrive
- Trigger a reminder, for example finish a data cleanup job, or post an inbox message with the topic
remind.notificationfrom an integration flow - Open Reminder: the new reminder is listed and the unread count increases
- Open the reminder; the unread count decreases, and the item shows its read time afterwards
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| A reminder never arrives | The source operation must have finished successfully, and a message node or integration flow must post with the topic remind.notification |
| The unread count does not drop | Open the Reminder app itself rather than the aggregated message entry; unread items are marked as read when the app page loads |
| A reminder cannot be found | Clear the search, widen the date range, and check whether it was deleted, because deletion cannot be undone |
| The failed count is not zero | Open the related form and the data processing task to see which rows failed |
