Button List

The button list shows all configured buttons for the selected form, grouped by placement.

Table Columns

Column	Description
Button	Shows the button name and whether it is a preset button
Applicable Pages	Shows the page scope where the button can appear
Display Mode	Shows whether the button is exposed or collapsed
Button Type	Shows whether the button is a task button or an interaction button
Style	Shows the configured variant and color
Order	Shows the button order in its placement and scope
Status	Shows whether the button is enabled or disabled
Actions	Opens the edit drawer

Create A Button

Each placement group provides a create action. Click Create in the target group to create a custom button for that placement.

The new button inherits the placement of the group. Its allowed page scopes and style options are restricted by that placement.

Edit A Button

Click Edit on a button row to open the button drawer.

Preset buttons can be edited, but their display name and button type are fixed. Custom buttons can be renamed and deleted.

Delete A Button

Only custom buttons can be deleted from the drawer.

Preset buttons are not deleted. Disable a preset button when it should not appear at runtime.

Order Rule

Buttons in the same placement and applicable page scope cannot use the same order value.

Use gaps such as 10, 20, and 30 so new buttons can be inserted later.

Row Action Limit

Row actions support up to three exposed buttons in the same scope.

When more row actions are needed, set some buttons to collapsed display mode.
