Role List

The role list is the left-side entry for managing roles.

Use it to search roles, create roles, select a role, and open global tools such as Permission Query and Condition Sharing.

Search Roles

Use the search box to filter roles by keyword.

When no role matches the keyword, the page shows an empty state for the current search.

Click Create Role to open the role form.

Create a custom role when a business team or responsibility needs its own permission set.

Select a role to open its details.

The detail area shows role summary cards, description, role assignments, feature permissions, and resource permissions.

The built-in Space Admin role is system-managed and has full tenant-side permission.

Built-in roles can be read-only in permission editing areas.

Role status controls whether the role can be assigned and used.

Important rules:

Operation	Rule
Disable role	Remove all role assignment bindings first
Delete role	Disable the role first and remove all assignment bindings
Delete binding	Deletes only the selected role assignment binding

The page asks for confirmation before enabling, disabling, deleting roles, or deleting bindings.
