Data Fields
Data Fields lists the form fields that can be used in a print template.
Use this panel to find field display names and API names, then copy them into text, QR code, barcode, or other template components.
Search Fields
Use the search box to filter by field name or API name.
The panel shows no-match text when the keyword does not match any available field.
Field Groups
Fields are grouped by source:

Hidden fields can appear with a hidden tag so administrators can identify them.
Use Child-Table Fields
Child-table fields are mainly used with a table component on the canvas.
The usual workflow is:
- Open Data Fields and find the child form group
- Copy the child field API names that should appear in the print table
- Insert a Table component on the canvas
- Select the table, open Canvas Components, and bind Data Source to the child form
- Put child field variables in the table's template row, such as
{{productName}},{{quantity}}, or{{amount}} - Use
{{__index}}when the table needs a row number
After preview generation, the template row is repeated for each child-table record that belongs to the selected main record.
Child field variables inside a bound table are evaluated against the current child row. If the template also needs a main-form value inside the child row, use {{__root.fieldApiName}}.

Location Fields
Location fields are expanded into subfields such as city, postcode, country, district, street, province, latitude, and longitude.
Use the specific subfield API name when the template needs only one part of the location.
Copy Field Values
Each field item supports copying:
