Template Info
Template Info defines the template metadata, layout boundaries, page settings, and scope.
Basic Information
| Setting | Description |

| Template Name | The name shown in the template list and runtime print selection |
| Template Description | Optional notes that help administrators identify the template |
| Scope | Controls who or what the template applies to |
Scope can be all, role, member, department, or organization.
Layout Area
The layout area defines fixed page boundaries:

| Left Margin | Space from the left edge of the page |
| Right Margin | Space from the right edge of the page |
| Top Margin | Space from the top edge of the page |
| Bottom Margin | Space from the bottom edge of the page |
| Header | Enables or disables the header area |
| Header Height | Height of the header area |
| Footer | Enables or disables the footer area |
| Footer Height | Height of the footer area |
The canvas uses these settings to divide the page into header, body, and footer areas.
Page Number Rules
Page number rules control whether page numbers are hidden on the first page or the last page.
Page numbers can be inserted from the canvas toolbar.
PDF Background
Upload a PDF when the template should use an existing form or document as the background.
When a PDF background is applied, the canvas size is mapped to the PDF page size. Use Restore Default to remove the PDF background and return to editable page size settings.
Canvas Size
When no PDF background is applied, choose a canvas size and orientation.
Supported presets include original size, A series, and B series paper sizes.
