Template List

The template list manages all print templates for the selected form.

Search Templates​

Use the search box to filter templates by keyword.

This is useful when a form has many templates for different documents or scenarios.

Create A Template​

Click New Template to create a template.

New templates start with default page and layout settings. Edit the template information and canvas before using it at runtime.

Select And Edit​

Select a template to open it. Click Edit to enter the template detail view and start editing the template information and canvas.

The main workspace displays the selected template canvas while editing.

Delete Templates​

Use delete mode to remove templates that are no longer needed.

Deleting a template removes its configuration and cannot be restored. The page asks for confirmation before deletion.

Template Format​

Templates are shown with a PDF format tag because the print preview and runtime print output are generated as PDF.
