Preview
Preview generates print output from a selected template and record data.
Use preview before publishing or using a template at runtime.
Generate Preview
- Open Preview from the left activity bar
- Select a template
- Select preview data
- Click Preview
The preview uses the selected record data to replace template variables and render the PDF output.
Preview Data
Preview data is loaded from records of the current form.
Use search in the record selector when the required record is not visible.
Preview Toolbar
After preview generation, the toolbar provides:

| Download | Downloads the generated PDF |
| Vertical Scroll | Uses vertical preview scrolling |
| Horizontal Scroll | Uses horizontal preview scrolling |
Runtime Printing
Runtime pages use available print templates when users click print actions.
If no template is available or the user has no print access, runtime print actions cannot generate output.
